Managing Partners
Jason Britton
My background started in the Hospitality Industry. I attended Johnson & Wales University to study Culinary Arts and then graduated from Widener University with my bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management.
The Hospitality field has placed me in a wide variety of opportunities. I've cooked in fine dining restaurants, country clubs, hotels in several different markets, and cruise ships, where I met my wife. This career has moved me all of the country, moving to 13 different states and visiting 26 countries.
After almost 30 years in the hospitality field, I've turned my focus to multi-family investing. Although I realize it's not the same, I also see the many similarities in their oppositions. I know my background as a General Manager of hotels, will give me an advantage when analyzing both financial statements and the condition of properties. My experience as a General Manager gave me exposure to managing expense, capital expenditures, and revenue management.
